A statement posted to the official Riyadh Season Instagram account reads: “Riyadh Season has announced the postponement of the third edition of the international ‘Six Kings Slam’ tennis tournament, originally scheduled for October 21, 22, and 24, to December 27-30, 2026. The decision reflects Riyadh Season’s commitment to delivering sporting events to the highest standards, following an assessment of the organisational and logistical challenges associated with hosting the tournament and their potential impact on the quality of the audience experience.”
The Six Kings Slam tournament will feature six of the world’s top players. Defending champion Jannik Sinner leads a formidable field featuring Carlos Alcaraz, Novak Djokovic, Alexander Zverev and Taylor Fritz, with Alex de Minaur making his tournament debut. Alcaraz is currently ranked as the world’s number one tennis player and has previously won two Wimbledon titles. Plus, Djokovic, Fritz and Zverev round out the top five men’s singles players in the ATP rankings
