The Bliss Journey Retreat takes over JA Lake View Hotel

Following the Bliss Journey Retreat’s launch in April, wellness specialists 3 Elements invites UAE Residents to rediscover, rejuvenate, and reconnect their mind, body, and soul.

The new retreat will take place from 20 to 22 May at JA Lake View Hotel in Jebel Ali, including two nights and three days in a luxury room, five meals and thirteen wellness experiences. 

With many residents still unable to travel due to the pandemic, the Bliss Journey Retreat provides a much-needed break and an opportunity to de-stress. Wellness seekers can immerse themselves in wellness activities focused on improving both their physical and emotional state. 

Promising to re-energise and balance you fully and ensure you continue a fulfilling life journey, the retreat will include a range of life balancing experiences including Mantra Meditation, Sound Vibration, Meditation and Sunrise Yoga, Theta Healing, Mindful Eating, Plant Base Cooking, Dance Meditation, Chocolate Meditation and Sound Healing, Cacao Ceremony, Letting Go Fire ceremony, Meditation and Hatha Flexibility Yoga and Art Expression Therapy. 

The highlight would be Theta Healing, a meditation to connect with your inner-being, release negative emotions & energy blocks, distress and shift your energy towards positive feelings, clarity, peace, balance and harmony.

With 3 Elements, participants will receive a dynamic experience of wellbeing for the mind, body and soul.

Three Bliss Journey Retreat packages are available. AED 1,900 per person (sharing in a Double Room on half board for three days including 13 wellness experiences), AED 2,350 per person (Single Room on half board for three) days including 13 wellness experiences and AED 1,700 (retreat experiences only without accommodation).
