A new culinary concept has debuted at Address Boulevard

Partner Content: La Brasserie Sur Le Boulevard brings modern French cuisine to The Restaurant.

Traditional French gastronomy may have long been celebrated worldwide, but it’s the modern – lighter, more delicate – equivalent that is even more intriguing. Here in Dubai, The Restaurant at Address Boulevard is one of the top contenders in the realm of modern French food, and its newly launched concept La Brasserie Sur Le Boulevard promises to elevate the dining experience further. It pairs the ease and charm of a brasserie with the elegance of its interiors and the bracing breeze of its outdoor terrace.

The à la carte dishes have been carefully crafted to showcase contemporary French dishes by way of fresh, seasonal ingredients and flavours, with family sharing menus allowing guests to dine together in a social setting. Signature dishes include Le Vol au Vent de La Mer (featuring the Hokkaido scallops, tiger prawns, calamari, and local clams), Le Cordon Bleu (made with corn-fed chicken breast stuffed with veal ham, and aged Comte cheese), and La Joue de Boeuf Wagyu that’s braised with orange flavour.

The Le San Sebastian cheesecake, meanwhile, brings together flavours from France and Spain — 18-month Manchego cheese and black cherry marmalade star in this dessert. Elsewhere, French beverages such as a Voyageur Passionné or a Kir Royal add a sense of place to the meal. Incidentally, the mastermind behind La Brasserie Sur Le Boulevard is Chef Jean-Pascal, who was born and raised in Toulouse, France and says that he’s passionate about bringing modern French cuisine to diners in Dubai.

Address Boulevard

Guests can expect both individual and family-style dishes, bringing a community feel to Address Boulevard in Downtown Dubai. And with stunning Burj Khalifa views, indoor and outdoor seating, and a warm atmosphere, La Brasserie Sur Le Boulevard provides an elegant yet welcoming experience from day to night. It’s all accented with French music and live entertainment on weekends. The Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
