The signature restaurant of the trendy resort boasts Mediterranean-influenced cuisine that will take centre stage during the nightly Amar Iftar Experience this Ramadan.

Bringing together delicious cuisines from East and West, the Insta-worthy Iftar buffet set-up houses colourful cold mezze (such as beetroot mutabal, moussaka, rocca zaatar, baba ghanoush and hummus) and hot mezze such as flavoursome potato harra, sujok, cheese rokkakat and falafel.

For the main course, diners can tuck into a selection of regional favourites and local delicacies from across the Middle Eastern region, including aromatic chicken tajine, the popular roasted lamb dish kharoof mahshi and kibbeh lil laban, which are perfect for sharing with family and friends.

When it comes to dessert, the Amar Iftar Experience presents a selection of sweet treats and delectable desserts, including saffron milk cake, Turkish baklava, walnut katayel, date fudge cake and peach almond tarte.

The Amar Iftar Experience is available daily from sunset to 8:30pm. AED 220 for adults and AED 110 for children aged 6 to 12 years.
