The 2000s rock band is all set to wow the crowd with its debut UAE performance.

The concert season in Dubai keeps getting better. And this year, Franz Ferdinand is coming to the emirate with its electrifying energy.

Taking place on 13 December, Franz Ferdinand will rock the stage at Coca-Cola Arena. The upcoming gig marks the band’s first gig in the UAE that’s guaranteed to go down in the books.

For those unversed, Franz Ferdinand is a Scottish rock band that started in the art-rock underground of Glasgow. They first made their name by throwing wild, secret gigs in warehouses. But it was not until the early 2000s that they shot to global fame with the breakout hit Take Me Out. Since then, the band has been belting out hits such as Walk Away, This Fire, Curious, No You Girls and many more. Over the past two decades, the band has released six albums, picked up a Brit Award for Best British Group, and snagged a Grammy nomination as well.

Franz Ferdinand includes Alex Kapranos, Bob Hardy, Julian Corrie, Dino Bardot, and Audrey Tait. Together, they create a mix of rock and dance music that’s wowed music lovers across the world. Having performed at the Glastonbury Festival and at Coachella, the band now brings its infectious energy to Dubai.

For the Dubai concert, Franz Ferdinand will shine a spotlight on its latest album, The Human Fear. Bringing their signature sound, these tracks will also dive deep into themes of vulnerability, risk, and what it means to be alive in uncertain times.

Tickets to watch Franz Ferdinand in Dubai are now live. Ticket prices start at AED 295 and go up to AED 395, so grab yours while you still can and get ready for a night of brilliant rock music.
