For 2026, the beachfront hotel is taking inspiration from The Nutcracker, bringing its restaurants, café and outdoor venues together under the theme A Nutcracker Tale on the Palm.
The programme starts with turkey takeaways, followed by a Christmas tree lighting ceremony and visits from Santa. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day bring several reasons to gather around the table, before two New Year’s Eve celebrations see out 2026 in style.
Christmas Tree Lighting
Begin the December celebrations with a Christmas tree lighting by the beach on Tuesday, 8 December 2026. From 7pm, families can enjoy a visit from Santa, while Mimo Café serves Portuguese festive pastries and seasonal drinks. Warm leite creme, spiced hibiscus punch and mini hot chocolates are among the treats accompanying the evening.
Festive Treats at Mimo Café
Mimo Café gives its Portuguese offering a seasonal twist throughout December. Alongside Christmas versions of pastel de nata, the selection includes traditional broas and filhós, with seasonal coffees and festive drinks to match.
For gifts or something to take home, festive goodie bags bring together favourites such as panettone, stollen, gingerbread, mince pies and yule cake. These are available at both Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort and Wyndham Residences The Palm. Available daily from 1 to 31 December 2026, with festive collections starting from AED 20.
Turkey Takeaway
Hosting Christmas at home becomes a little easier with A Nutcracker Feast at Home. The takeaway spread centres on a whole stuffed roast turkey, accompanied by two salads, two gravies, three sides and three desserts.
Available from 25 November to 26 December 2026, the package costs AED 788 and serves six to 10 people. Orders require at least 72 hours’ notice.
Christmas Eve at ENVY
ENVY’s Waltz of the Snowflakes Feast offers dinner beside the sea on Christmas Eve. Seasonal starters lead into a choice of mains, including roast turkey, lamb ouzi, coffee-rubbed beef, wild salmon and a grilled cauliflower steak for vegetarian diners. Festive desserts round off the meal, with live entertainment accompanying the evening.

Christmas Day Brunch at ENVY
The Prima Ballerina Brunch brings families back to ENVY on Christmas Day. Its hybrid format combines a selection of hot and cold dishes with plated options served fresh, including braised wild salmon, whole roasted lamb and a Turkey Dinner Sando.
A spread of festive desserts follows, while live entertainment and a visit from Santa give younger guests plenty to enjoy between courses.

Christmas Day at Bakalis Greek Grill Taverna
For a celebration with a Greek accent, book The Spirit Nutcracker Feast at Bakalis Greek Grill Taverna. Aegean seafood and Greek mezze fill the table, followed by the centrepiece: a whole lamb roasted over wood and carved in front of guests. Live bouzouki music provides the soundtrack to an afternoon built around sharing.

New Year’s Eve at Fluid Pool & Beach Club
The Grand Finale Gala takes the countdown to the beachfront. Its Taste of Th8 dining showcase spans seafood, food trucks, international dishes and live carving stations serving prime rib, whole turkey and roast lamb. A dedicated dessert pavilion completes the spread.
A DJ and live band keep the celebrations moving towards midnight, when guests can watch the Palm Jumeirah fireworks.

New Year’s Eve at The Infinity Rooftop
The Star Ballerina Soirée offers another vantage point for the final night of 2026. At The Infinity Rooftop, canapés, Champagne and premium bottle service accompany views across Palm Jumeirah and Dubai’s skyline. The programme includes a Perrier-Jouët welcome and a live DJ, with the fireworks providing the midnight moment.
Available on Thursday, 31 December, from 8pm to 1am, with a minimum spend of AED 2,000 per couple.
