Brunchers are welcomed every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm, during which guests can savour succulent steaks paired with family-style servings of signature dishes and striking views. For AED 245 diners can enjoy unlimited soft drinks, or  AED395  including house beverages and sparkling grape. For those looking to enjoy fine dining in an elevated setting, the Early Bird dinner is the perfect option, offering a carefully crafted three-course set menu. Available daily from 6pm and on Saturdays from 6:30pm, guests can enjoy a chef’s selection of signature dishes for only AED 225. For an additional AED 149, diners can also opt for a grape pairing with their dinner, and therefore enjoy a specially selected glass of grape with each course.

Festive celebrations are also in the works at Prime68. At the Christmas Day brunch, the finest cuts of steak and an array of delectable dishes expertly crafted to perfection will be served from 1pm to 4pm, all accented with striking views and live entertainment. The experience is priced at AED 495 per person, with French bubbly included. Children aged 12 to 21 dine for AED 345 per child, while children aged six to 12 for AED 155.

The festivities continue on New Year’s Eve when you can ring in 2024 in style from 7pm onwards. Take in breathtaking vistas of the festive fireworks from the 68th floor and indulge in a five-course set menu, meticulously crafted to delight your taste buds and elevate the dining experience. Choose from two packages: AED 1,295 per person, including French bubbly and house beverages (non-window seats) or AED 1,495 per person, including French bubbly and house beverages (window seats).
