World Cup Fever is sweeping the region and for those of us not jetting off to Qatar, here are the best places to watch all of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 games in Dubai.

The chic waterfront property in the heart of Dubai Marina will be hosting a FIFA pop-up to screen all of the football action from Qatar. Catch the football event of the year at this new urban sports bar in Dubai Marina’s Pier 7. The causal venue boasts 20 screens throughout its modern interior, ensuring the best view of all the action from the FIFA World Cup. The bar is also home to The Bunker, a private area with a 200-inch projector screen and private bar access that can be booked for an intimate viewing experience. If the stress of the match gets too much, a digital darts board and X-Golf will provide pre or post-match distraction.

The popular venue at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront, is already a firm favourite with football fans. For the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, guests can watch the games inside a purpose-built arena overlooking the Burj Khalifa. The Beach Stadium at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah will be the largest outdoor licenced football fan zone in Jumeirah Beach Residence, with over 1,600sqm of space and several mega-sized screens. The venue boasts a total capacity of over 1000 guests and will feature four fan zones – The Beach, Tiger Bar, Wavebreaker Deck and Garden with hubbly-bubbly lounge. The Beach Stadium will be free to enter, but a minimum spend on food and beverage will be applicable for certain games.

Icon Bar & Lounge

This newly refurbished bar at Radisson Blu Dubai Media City is the perfect place to cheer on your team while enjoying classic bar favourites including fish and chips or bangers and mash. The venue will install 100-inch TV screens for the occasion and serve drink specials from AED 35 during the games.

Set against a spectacular backdrop of the Museum of the Future, the outdoor Arena at Jumeirah Emirates Towers can host up to 500 people each night, combining state-of-the-art screens, private lounges, and live performances for luxury-loving football fans. This outdoor football zone at Dubai Digital Park Plaza will be the perfect game-time hub for residents of Dubai Silicon Oasis and the surrounding neighbourhoods. The family-friendly event zone features two large screens, a stage for entertainment, and plenty of seating and standing room. There will also be a OUI Bar + Terrace pop-up serving drinks specials throughout the matches.

McGettigan’s Fan Zone

The FIFA World Cup Qatar countdown has officially begun, and McGettigan’s will be taking over Dubai Media City Amphitheatre, turning the outdoor venue into a football fan zone. There will be plenty of packages and food and beverage options on offer. General access starts at AED 50, which also includes access to WinterFest. The Fanzone Deck will be a premium reserved area boasting cocktail tables for four people from AED 800 and a picnic table for six people from AED 1,200. VIP Boxes can accommodate up to 30 guests with their own dedicated service staff and four hours of unlimited F&B packages starting at AED 10,000.

The Football Park at DIFC

The Dubai International Financial Centre will provide a one-of-its-kind viewing experience for the world’s greatest football tournament at The Football Park, located at the podium level of Gate Avenue. Pre-booked guests will be able to access the outdoor hospitality section, where they can choose from culinary offerings, including those of renowned Michelin Guide Dubai restaurants. This traditional British bar opened its doors almost 50 years ago at Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek and remains a firm favourite with the football crowd. Inside a special tent with views of Dubai Creek and Burj Khalifa, all matches will be shown across five screens, the largest of which clocks in at an impressive 10SQM. Guests can expect DJs, live entertainment and a BBQ during specific matches. There will also be a sports-themed menu and drinks offers available daily.
