Try the new vegan menu at folly by Nick & Scott, Souk Madinat Jumeirah
Veganism has skyrocketed in recent years, with more and more diners choosing to adopt a plant-based diet. This change in attitude hasn’t gone unnoticed by the team at folly by Nick & Scott as Nick Alvis introduces more culinary flair to the menu with an innovative five-course tasting menu. The menu includes asparagus with bulgur wheat, pomegranate and chervil, roasted red pepper with vine tomato, basil and cucumber, white radish with root ginger, enoki mushroom and wasabi, grilled baby courgette with tempura flowers and truffle and poached rhubarb and vanilla for dessert.
