Wavehouse at Atlantis, The Palm will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day for a whole week. During this time, guests can enjoy Irish favourites, including Guinness and Jameson, as well as baby Guinness shots and Jameson old fashioned cocktails. Traditional Irish cuisine will also be on the menu, such as corned beef hash with russet potatoes and a variety of mini Irish pies. There will be bread pudding with dark chocolate and Irish whiskey custard or a cheesecake brownie with Baileys and vanilla ice cream for dessert.
