Pierre Gagnaire and his chef de cuisine, Mathieu Balbino, are tempting food enthusiasts with a new collection of French delicacies at Pierre’s TT. Expect seasonal dishes such as sardine rillettes with squid ink crystals, pan-fried squid rings with black garlic butter sauce and grilled mushroom duxelles or the crunchy Amadai with tomato and lemongrass preserve. Try the new Vagabond Brunch

Located on Bluewaters Island, vibrant new restaurant VAGA fuses Armenian and Arabic cuisines, drawing on a lifetime of heritage and traditions from both regions. Foodies in Dubai can now savour a myriad of stunning flavours at the Vagabond Brunch. Dishes on offer include tuna ceviche, spiced beef tartare, quinoa tropical spiced mango salad, marinated grilled chicken skewers, Aleppo kebab with cherry sauce and honey-glazed black Angus beef skewers. Visit an ethereal new cafe

ICD Brookfield Place is now home to Lulu & The Beanstalk, a dreamy new cafe offering high-quality coffee, craft cocktails, comforting small dishes and hearty sharing platters amidst whimsical interiors. Wafa Tajdin and Amirah Tajdin are the two sisters behind the brand who share a deep love for storytelling, creating a venue that encourages guests to get lost in a world of art, design, photography and poetry. In addition to retail books, a floor-to-ceiling bookcase houses over 1,000 rare books, some dating back to 1857. Lulu & The Beanstalk is open daily from 9am to 11pm.

Try the chef’s table experience at GAIA

Greek hotspot GAIA have unveiled a private dining experience located next to the kitchen on the lower ground floor of the restaurant. With 12 velvet seats surrounded by mirrored walls, the GAIA Chef’s Table is an inviting and intimate space, allowing guests to feel connected to the kitchen, which is the heart of every Greek home. Here, guests can enjoy their favourite dishes from the GAIA a la carte menu, as well as the opportunity to have a curated menu. Diners at the Chef’s Table can inform the GAIA culinary team of their favourite flavours and watch them create a menu of dishes designed specifically for their table. Available daily, from 12pm to 3pm and 7pm to 11.30pm.
