ROAM is set to transform tourism in Saudi Arabia

The luxury destination management company will launch experiences in AlUla, Jeddah, Riyadh and more.

Between its presence at ITB Berlin, signing strategic agreements with the likes of Hotelbeds and Expedia Group, and lifting restrictions on tourist visas for all GCC residents, Saudi Arabia’s tourism sector continues to stay in the global spotlight. As for the latest development? The arrival of ROAM.

Founded with existing expertise from parent companies Cool Inc and Pelorus, the luxury destination management company will enable international and national travellers to explore elements of the Kingdom like never before. ROAM will be activating Al Baha, AlUla, Jeddah, Riyadh, Taif and Tanomah initially, with other locations across the KSA unlocking throughout the year, each promising travellers the chance to “experience the unexperienced”.

Naturally, ROAM will utilise the well-established expertise of its parent companies, both trailblazers for world-class luxury lifestyle experiences. This partnership will reveal a wealth of luxury travel options, allowing untapped areas of the region to be explored further than ever before. Leaning on Cool Inc’s unique brand partnerships and ‘inside track’ knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s luxury lifestyle scene, partnered with Pelorus’s extensive global expertise curating bespoke travel and yachting experiences, ROAM will be well-positioned to offer truly opulent packages to its guests.

Incidentally, ROAM will be launching the new concept of luxurious mobile camps in Taif this month. The camp concept will then move across the Kingdom every 8-12 weeks, allowing travellers to experience undiscovered regions of KSA, without having to compromise on comfort or indulgence. Luxury camping is just one example of ROAM’s many client offerings made up of four distinct pillars: bespoke travel, brand experiences and events, VIP transportation, and tourism products. Taken as a collective or individually, each service aims to provide unparalleled luxury experiences across the country.

The bespoke travel branch will include tours, accommodation bookings, luxury transportation, aviation, and world-class concierge services. Brand experiences and events will oversee activations, launches and celebrations of luxury brands, as well as VIP management. VIP transportation will incorporate a fleet of luxury vehicles available to support inbound tour operations and client services across KSA. Lastly, products exclusively on offer through ROAM will include mobile camps, day camps, e-buggies and quads, and private dining experiences in unique locations across Saudi Arabia. Roam will be launching an estimated 10-20 tourism products every year.
