The first one on the agenda is Haya’s Kitchen.
Dubai’s dining scene has never been short on new openings, and with Marsa Boulevard reopening during the cooler season, there’s a chance to explore more. This time around, it’s also welcomed Carousel, which is unlike other dining venues.
Located at the far end of Marsa Boulevard, Carousel offers a rotating supper club format designed for people who love good food, good stories, and even better company — staying true to the name.
Behind the concept is 7 Management. With Carousel, the group shifts the spotlight away from a single permanent menu and instead hands the kitchen over to a series of guest chefs and collaborators. Each takeover runs for a limited number of days, meaning no two weeks at Carousel are ever quite the same.
At Carousel, you get to indulge in an intimate, supper club–style experience where diners gather around shared tables, enjoy curated menus, and connect over food. Set outdoors by the waterfront at Marsa Boulevard, the space is designed to feel communal, making conversations flow easily.
Kicking things off is Haya’s Kitchen, taking over Carousel until 18 January 2026. If the name rings a bell, that’s because Haya’s Kitchen has built a loyal following as an outdoor supper club in Dubai, known for its soulful Palestinian cooking and hospitality. Expect shared dishes, slow cooking, and the tradition of sufra. With winter flavours and stories woven into every course, you’re guaranteed to have a great time.

Once Haya’s Kitchen wraps up, the Carousel turns again, making way for the next chef and the next reason to come back. From 23 to 25 January, Sano Club x House of Dough will take over with an Arab–Italian fusion collaboration. The menu brings together bold Middle Eastern flavours and Italian comfort cooking.
Following that, from 1 to 11 February, Jo’s Kitchen brings her contemporary artisan pasta concept. Known for her handmade approach, this experience will feel deeply personal. Adding to the supperclub, Jo will also be hosting pasta masterclasses on 6 and 8 February, where you can learn to make fresh gnocchetti sardi by hand.
Lastly, from 12 to 17 February, Jiji’s Dining will take the reins with a modern contemporary supper club. Here, Persian flavours will meet global influences with a shared supper rather than a formal course list.
So if you’re looking to enjoy the season with Palestinian flavours, head to Carousel at Marsa Boulevard now.
