In celebration of St Patrick’s Day, Seafire’s Chef Raymond has been dry ageing Atlantis’ signature Black Onyx Tomahawk with Irish whiskey. The1.2kg steak will be served sharing style for two people with a traditional Irish side of Colcannon potatoes and creamed kale. The restaurant’s mixologist will also be whisking up a special cocktail for the occasion that will pair perfectly with the meaty main. Wednesday, 17 March, from 6pm to 10:45pm.
