If there is one thing Dubai does well, it is keeping its cultural calendar fresh. As the cooler months bring a wave of new happenings, Design Fest is the latest creative experience to join the lineup. Running from 5 to 7 December 2025 at Alserkal Avenue, the event is making its debut in the city and stepping confidently onto Dubai’s creative stage.
Design Fest is a new experiential platform that brings together a hand-picked mix of designers, artisans and creative entrepreneurs from across the Middle East. The three-day pop-up promises a dynamic celebration of creativity, craftsmanship and storytelling, giving visitors the chance to discover original concepts in an intimate and engaging setting.
The showcase spans fashion, jewellery, homeware, accessories, gourmet concepts and artistic installations, all curated under one roof. It feels part marketplace, part gallery and part social space, making it ideal for fashion lovers, design enthusiasts and anyone who enjoys finding something original that tells a story. The focus is firmly on regional talent and on the connections that form when makers and visitors meet face to face.
There will be plenty of firsts throughout the weekend. Maison Mida will unveil its new line, while RYGY is set to debut its swimwear brand. Visitors can also look out for House of K, Vitelli Design, Patterns, Rock N Shine, Subashini Heels, Tuff Edition, Kool Kaos, Angel Sunglasses, Okkia Sunglasses, Ibty’s Artwork, Little Piece of Cairo, Catcha Matcha by The Broth Lab, Bellamun Cosmetics, Love Letters, Show Off and many more names.
Design Fest Dubai is backed by BYL Events, a company that is dedicated to championing regional creative talent. Founded in 2020 by Randa Armanazi, Jana Obeid and Maha Kazan, the platform focuses on uplifting designers and artisans by creating spaces where their work can be discovered, discussed and appreciated.
With its Dubai debut, Design Fest is set to become a hub for inspiration, conversation and collaboration. Whether you want to uncover new brands, speak directly with the minds behind the designs or explore one of the city’s most exciting creative districts, this is one for the diary.
