Partner Content: The American sports restaurant has expanded into one of Dubai’s fastest-growing residential communities with a two-storey neighbourhood venue.
Dubai’s restaurant scene is spreading well beyond the city’s traditional dining districts. The latest brand to enter the suburbs is Buffalo Wings & Rings, which has opened its third Dubai restaurant in Town Square by Nshama.
Located off Al Qudra Road, the new Buffalo Wings & Rings Town Square joins the American brand’s established restaurants in DIFC and Jumeirah Lakes Towers. The opening marks a significant step in the company’s UAE expansion as it targets neighbourhoods where dining, entertainment and community life increasingly overlap.
Buffalo Wings & Rings in Town Square takes a different approach to the brand’s existing Dubai restaurants. Spread across two floors, the new venue has been conceived as a flagship neighbourhood destination, combining immersive sports screens, communal seating, relaxed dining areas and dedicated family-friendly spaces. Indoor and outdoor seating offers residents additional options for casual lunches, weekend gatherings and live sporting fixtures.

Food remains firmly rooted in Buffalo Wings & Rings’ American sports restaurant identity. The brand started serving wings in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1984, beginning with flavours such as Original, Roasted Garlic, Mild, Medium, Hot and Extra Hot.
In Dubai, diners can choose from traditional bone-in wings, breaded wings and boneless chicken, paired with sauces ranging from Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan to Sweet Sriracha, Lemon Pepper and the fiery 1 Million option. The wider menu includes Buffalo Chicken Sliders, quesadillas, chicken sandwiches and hefty beef burgers such as the Buffalo Winger, topped with beef bacon, cheese, barbecue sauce and a chicken wing.
The Town Square restaurant also taps into the formula that has made the brand popular with sports fans. Large screens take centre stage, alongside appealing promotions including Wings Wednesday, offering traditional or boneless wings for AED 3 each, as well as a daily business lunch and happy hour.

The expansion is unlikely to stop at Town Square. The company is looking at further development across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, alongside additional markets in the GCC and wider MENA region.
“At a time when the region is navigating change, we remain confident in the UAE’s resilience and future,” said Muhammad Ajmal, Franchisee of Buffalo Wings & Rings Dubai. “Our expansion is a reflection of that belief and our long-term commitment to the market.”
