For the unversed, Black Coffee is no stranger to Dubai. The South African DJ and producer is celebrated for his unique fusion of house music with soulful elements, African rhythms, organic electronics, jazz influences, and evocative vocals, earning his signature style the name “Afropolitan House.” Black Coffee has also collaborated with global superstars such as Alicia Keys, Drake, Pharrell Williams, and David Guetta.
With a coveted Grammy Award, the Best International DJ award at the 2015 BET Awards, and a consistent presence on the prestigious Top 100 DJs list, Black Coffee’s influence on the global music scene is undeniable. This iconic DJ’s discography boasts successful albums and chart-topping singles, while his collaborations with esteemed international artists have solidified his reputation as a musical powerhouse.
Black Coffee’s last performance in Dubai attracted over 15,000 fans, so his return is highly anticipated. Set against the stunning backdrop of Dubai’s skyline at sunset, attendees can expect top-tier performances, mesmerising visuals, cutting-edge production by High Scream (led by Romain Pissenem), and an electrifying atmosphere.
The Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour Experience has welcomed over 90,000 music fans in its debut season and continues to host the world’s biggest names. Ticket sales for Black Coffee live in Dubai begin this week. Pre-sale opens on Thursday, 16 October at 2pm GST. General sale starts on the same day at 7pm GST.
