The concert takes place in The Sevens Stadium in Dubai.
The Middle East’s largest sports and entertainment festival is turning up the volume. Emirates Dubai 7s has confirmed a heavyweight music line-up for its 2025 edition, running from 28 to 30 November at The Sevens Stadium. Across the weekend, fans can catch performances from Tinie Tempah, Sean Paul, Shaggy and DJ EZ, complementing a full programme of competition across five sports and a stacked schedule of on-site entertainment. And now, the closing act has been announced, which will be none other than DJ Fisher.
DJ Fisher will close the show on 30 November at The Sevens Stadium. Originally named Paul Nicholas Fisher, he is an Australian music producer who has taken the house and techno scene by storm. Born in 1986 on the Gold Coast, his journey began not behind the decks, but riding the waves. He and fellow surfer Leigh Sedz Sedley formed the DJ duo Cut Snake, spinning tunes while travelling the pro surfing circuit. And now, he’s back in Dubai for Emirates Dubai 7s.
Joining DJ Fisher on Sunday will be UK garage sensation DJ EZ, who will take over Beats on 2. He is widely considered one of the world’s best DJs, with sets that swing from throwback classics to underground favourites.
Saturday, 29 November belongs to British rap star Tinie Tempah, who will headline Beats on 2. Best known for chart-dominating hits including “Frisky,” “Pass Out,” and “Written in the Stars,” he has seven number one singles and three top 10 albums, alongside wins at the Brit and MOBO Awards. Expect a high-impact set built for festival crowds.
Sharing the spotlight on Saturday, global dancehall icon Sean Paul and reggae hitmaker Shaggy are confirmed for the Frequency on 8 stage. Sean Paul helped define the sound of the early 2000s with “Get Busy,” “Temperature” and “She Doesn’t Mind,” while recent favourites such as “No Lie,” “Let It Talk to Me” and current track “Ginger” keep his catalogue fresh. He has also powered collaborations with Beyoncé, Clean Bandit, Dua Lipa, J. Balvin and Sia. Shaggy’s feel-good blend of reggae, R&B and pop needs little introduction. Expect singalong anthems from “It Wasn’t Me” and “Boombastic” to “Angel.”
Mathew Tait, Festival Director, said: “We’re thrilled to announce four huge stars – Tinie Tempah, Sean Paul, Shaggy and DJ EZ – for this year’s Emirates Dubai 7s. “These legendary performers have shaped the soundtrack of a generation, and their energy perfectly aligns with the party atmosphere our festival has become renowned for over the years. “With the festival’s final act to be confirmed in the coming weeks, fans can look forward to an unforgettable line-up of world-class talent across three fantastic days of sport and entertainment.”
