Saint Levant will top the bill at Dopa World, a new youth culture festival at Expo City Dubai.
The UAE’s live music calendar is no stranger to major names, but Saint Levant returning to Dubai feels particularly timely. The fast-rising artist will perform at Jubilee Park in Expo City Dubai on Saturday, 19 December 2026, as part of Dopa World, a new two-day festival. The event is being positioned as a celebration of contemporary youth culture, bringing together live music, fashion, food and creative expression in one immersive setting.
Saint Levant was earlier supposed to perform at the Dopa World Festival in April 2026. However, due to the regional tensions, the event was cancelled and has now been moved to December.
Saint Levant’s Afandi Tour kicks off in Amman, Jordan, on 13 August, after which he will cover several cities in the region, including many in Europe. After Europe, he will take his concert to the US, performing in major cities, and then return to the Middle East. He will be performing in Qatar and Oman, before making his final stop in Dubai.
For anyone new to the artist, Saint Levant is the stage name of Marwan Abdelhamid, whose background has played a defining role in shaping both his music and his identity. He was partly raised in Gaza before moving to France, and this multicultural background shapes his music and identity. He writes and performs across Arabic, English, and French, often blending them in a single track.
His catalogue has helped turn him into one of the most compelling voices on the regional scene. Saint Levant’s top releases include “Very Few Friends,” “From Gaza, with Love,” “Nails”, and “Deira,” projects and tracks that have steadily built his reputation with audiences in the Middle East and beyond.
As for Dopa World itself, the festival has been described as “the first Arab Gen Z cultural experience,” and Saint Levant feels like a fitting headline act for that ambition.
