Head over to Nujum Desert Camp for SAMĀ.
The SAMĀ Festival – A Lighthouse for Music, Art, and Culture – is coming to Dubai from 29 to 30 November, from 1pm to 1pm at Nujum Desert Camp. Just under an hour away from the centre of Dubai, the festival will be a family-friendly, immersive desert experience under the stars.
The festival will celebrate family, friends, and community with an itinerary of music, wellness, and connection in the flowing desert dunes. Guests can enjoy live concerts, curated workshops, an artisan marketplace of food and beverage. Plus, glamping under the star-filled night sky.
Deliberately designed for all ages and alcohol-free, SAMĀ provides a truly transformative weekend that fuses ancient tradition with contemporary lifestyle. Modern world musicians and artists will join forces to create a genre-defying soundtrack.
The itinerary will include live performances by international artists offering a full range of sound and culture. Book sessions from Ape Chimba’s music and Afrosideral’s Afro-Cuban rhythms to AWO’s Live Hybrid DJ Set. Performances include Ape Chimba and Radhe Jaggi, a Bharatanatyam dancer honouring the artistry of Rukmini Devi Arundale.

Choose from over fifteen different interactive workshops. Try Wisdom Talks, Orishas Dance Workshops, Bharatanatyam Dance Workshop, Primal Moves and Alchemy of Breath from Ibiza.
SAMĀ also provides spaces for families to thrive. The Tiny Tribes Tent is a space for kids to explore, create, and rest. Workshops are available for children too, such as Craft Making and Handpan Classes for Kids. Plus, the Design Your Life Workshop led by Natalie Chan MBA, the founder of OWN Academy.
Guests can also experience the Marketplace, with artisan vendors selling handcrafted treasures, elixirs, and bites. Meanwhile, brands include Zhenabia, We Are Life Within, New Mind Chaga, Motion Trading, Holy Smokes, Pizza Craft, Comptoir 102, BSMNT, Las Paletas, Bayrut Express, Social Brewers, and more.
Visitors can camp overnight or stay at nearby hotels. Facilities will include bathrooms, firepits, and easy-access parking, with 4×4 rides from the car park directly to the venue. Shuttle services will also run from multiple Dubai locations.
Tickets start at AED 577 and are available now.
