Backed by Novikov Group, the Russian concept lands at Nakheel Mall with comfort food at its core.
Dubai’s dining scene doesn’t rest. And just when you think you’ve tried everything, another new restaurant opens its doors. Hailing from Moscow, Russia and backed by Novikov Group, Cheesefarm in Dubai is both a boutique cheese store and a full-fledged restaurant, making its Dubai debut on the rooftop of Nakheel Mall.
Poised to open this month, Cheesefarm Dubai is all about comfort food elevated by craftsmanship. The interiors lean into rustic elegance, blending tiled floors with earthy hues, wooden accents, and lush green touches. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, while an alfresco terrace offers skyline views. The open kitchen is a focal point, where you can watch the chefs stretching cheese by hand, reinforcing the fact that here, cheese is the star ingredient.

Leading the kitchen is Chef Roman Ivlev, who is all set to stir his magic into every dish at the UAE outpost. While the full Dubai menu is still under wraps, diners can expect familiar favourites from Cheesefarm’s original outpost, Syrovarnya, which translates to “cheesemaking” in Russian. That means wood-fired pizzas with bubbling cheese, fresh focaccia, hearty pasta plates, and soul-warming soups, all finished with generous helpings of house-made dairy.
And while the cheese game is strong, there’s more to the menu. Diners can expect Veal Cheeks with buttery mash, Teriyaki-glazed Salmon, or a crisp Chicken Schnitzel. Dessert continues the indulgent theme with San Sebastian Cheesecake, Tiramisu, and other sweet finishes.
With sweeping views, sunshine-filled interiors and a marvellous menu that’s more than melted cheese, the aptly named Cheesefarm is set to become Dubai’s go-to for all things rich, warm and satisfying.
Novikov Group is also behind the recently opened Magadan at Palm West Beach and Novikov Abu Dhabi at The Galleria Al Maryah Island.
