Set to open next month, it will span 7,500 square feet across two levels in Town Square.
The residential community of Town Square continues to evolve, bringing with it a new tenant that is just as inclined to nurture connections: Benny Mack’s. Expected to debut in September, it will be the first licensed venue in the neighbourhood and aims to fuse London’s gastropub culture with an eclectic range of global tastes.
British chef Ben Tobitt of Ben’s Farmhouse fame is the visionary behind the concept of Benny Mack’s, and his culinary range is well reflected in its menu. From classics like shrimp cocktail, velvety potted duck, and baked camembert to weekly scotch egg specials, succulent burgers, fish and chips, and an array of carefully crafted steaks and homemade pies — each dish is a testament to the unparalleled gastropub scene in Ben’s hometown of London.
Diversity, however, will take centre stage at Benny Mack’s, with the menu also paying tribute to Dubai’s cultural tapestry. Diners can expect an enticing fusion of European, North and South American, Middle Eastern, and South and Southeast Asian flavours. Case in point: zesty harissa-marinated chicken paired with pearl couscous and creamy labneh alongside aromatic curries and salmon ceviche. Catering to an array of dietary preferences, Benny Mack’s will also serve an array of vegetarian and vegan creations. Diners can expect to indulge in offerings such as the umami-rich miso-glazed tofu and eggplant, halloumi sliders, and the velvety pearl barley risotto.
Spread over an expansive 7,500 square feet across two levels in Town Square, the interiors of Benny Mack’s have been designed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ground floor will exude a family-friendly ambiance and feature stone and olive-green fixtures, an indoor play area, a cosy coffee counter, and an interactive open kitchen. Upstairs, on the first floor, will await the soul of a classic London gastropub and sports bar, complete with warm wood tones and verdant accents. The venue is licensed to serve alcoholic beverages from 12pm to 11pm, Sunday to Thursday, and until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
