Pierchic, the award-winning Italian restaurant perched on the private pier at Jumeirah Al Qasr, is gearing up to welcome you to the city’s longest dining table.
Mark your calendars for Friday, 8 March, as that’s when this beautiful restaurant will host you. With views of the glittering waters below and the sparkling stars above, this Dinner on the Pier promises an evening of unparalleled luxury and gastronomic marvels.
Chef Beatrice Segoni — the culinary genius behind Pierchic — and her talented son, Chef Luca Crostelli — of the newly opened Cala Vista at Jumeirah Mina A’Salam — come together to present this four-hands dining experience. Limited to just 100 lucky guests, this exclusive event ensures an intimate and unforgettable evening.
The journey begins with a champagne reception at 6.30pm, perfectly timed to catch Dubai’s breathtaking sunset. At 7.30pm, the magic begins as the mother-son duo unveils a five-course menu that showcases their culinary expertise and creativity.
Prepare your taste buds for Carpaccio Di Manzo, followed by Tortelloni Alla Norma. Prepare your taste buds for a plate of Risotto All’astice with lobster ragout. The dining experience reaches new heights with the succulent Filetto Di Manzo & Datteri, complemented by the richness of Parsnip Date Chutney and Baby Carrots. And for the grand finale, delight in a heavenly and showstopping Tiramisu.
