Chef Beatrice Segoni — the culinary genius behind Pierchic — and her talented son, Chef Luca Crostelli — who is set to open Cala Vista at Jumeirah Mina A’Salam — come together to present this four-hands dining experience. Limited to just 100 lucky guests, this exclusive event ensures an intimate and unforgettable evening.
The journey begins with a champagne reception at 6.30pm, perfectly timed to catch Dubai’s breathtaking sunset. At 7.30pm, the magic begins as the mother-son duo unveils a five-course menu that showcases their culinary expertise and creativity.
Prepare your taste buds for Roasted Octopus and Sauteed Capsicum, followed by Lobster Risotto. Next up is the Fresh Garganelli Pasta expertly paired with fine-chopped veal tenderloin. The dining experience reaches new heights with the succulent Australian Angus Tenderloin, beautifully complemented by Parsnip Date Chutney and Baby Carrots. And for the grand finale, delight in a Tiramisu that will leave you craving for more.
