Pitfire brings its artisan pizza to Mirdif Hills

The homegrown Pizza restaurant is now bringing its FACT Award-winning creations to an all-new neighbourhood.

Not quite Neapolitan, not quite New York-style, perfect every time — that is Pitfire Pizza in a nutshell. The homegrown pizza joint that has countless pizza lovers migrating to Cluster D of JLT continues to expand, bringing its artisanal sourdough pizzas to the vibrant neighbourhood of Mirdif Hills in Dubai. Known for its 72-hour dough-making process, Pitfire Pizza’s unique slow-rise fermentation technique produces wonderful aroma, texture and mouthfeel, making every pizza on the menu highly digestible.

The new location will be the fourth dine-in outpost, marking its entry into a new family-dense neighbourhood, with deliveries now possible to an extended radius. Spanning a cosy space of 950 square feet, Pitfire Pizza Mirdif will boast an inviting atmosphere with an added bonus: an al fresco courtyard, providing a charming outdoor dining option for guests. With seating for 20 indoors and 20 outdoors, diners can sit back in the restaurant’s casual surroundings to indulge in their favourite sourdough masterpieces. Each crafted with locally sourced produce and handcrafted ingredients, the pizzas are guaranteed to inspire the same values of freshness and craftsmanship that define the quintessential Pitfire experience.

“Our mission is to bring a fresh twist to Mirdif’s pizza scene,” said Michele Johnson, co-owner of Pitfire Pizza. “Driven by the overwhelming customer demand and numerous requests for delivery, we are thrilled to announce our expansion into this bustling suburban region. This strategic move allows us to be closer to our valued customers, including those in neighbouring areas such as Al Khawaneej. Not to mention, the proximity to the airport and the dense residential communities provide a new pool of customers for our brand as well. We are fired up to join this all-new community and serve up our creations to more pizza enthusiasts across the city!”

Pitfire Pizza Mirdif will mirror the opening hours of its sister branches, welcoming guests from 11am to 11pm on weekdays, and extending the hours until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. The menu will remain consistent across all locations, ensuring Mirdif residents can enjoy the same handcrafted pies and sides. “We are thrilled to unveil Pitfire Pizza Mirdif this July,” expressed co-owner Bill Johnson. “The opening marks another milestone in our journey so far, and we eagerly anticipate welcoming a fresh wave of food lovers. It’s rewarding to see the team’s efforts come to life who have been diligently working to bring our signature flavours to an all-new neighbourhood. Mirdif residents, it’s time to get fired up — we’re coming soon!”
