As we step into a new year, Dubai’s dynamic dining scene is gearing up for a slew of exciting openings. One spot that’s already making waves is FRANK, a meat-focused casual concept situated on Bluewaters Island. 

Scheduled to open its doors this month, FRANK is known for providing affordable, open flame-cooked food. As you enter the venue, you’ll be greeted with a rough and industrial atmosphere that utilises concrete, iron, and glass in its aesthetic. The second level offers a sleek and dynamic look, featuring vibrant neon signs, a bar counter, and a DJ console for exhilarating parties.

FRANK blends hip-hop vibes with a carefully crafted menu. The focus is on the ‘BONES’, which are variations of lamb chops prepared according to the eatery’s signature recipes. There are also grilled delicacies, steaks, appetisers, salads, and Insta-worthy burgers, including the signature Cheesy Killer and classic FRANK cheeseburger.

Your meaty meal can be paired with a variety of beverages available from FRANK’s bar. The drinks range from craft beers and signature cocktails to seasonal lemonades. Expect a playful mix of bold and ironic creations, such as the fresh and fruity For Her, the dense dessert Snicker’s Pie, and the sour and original Olive Gimlet.

Families are in for a treat as FRANK provides a range of engaging activities for children, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to their visit. The main mascots, a rugged dinosaur and a cute sheep, come to life in the Kids Box, creating a delightful journey for the younger diners.

With several locations already proving popular in Moscow, FRANK is known in its native Russia as a collaborative space with the musician Vasily Vakulenko, widely known as Basta. Over time, FRANK’s original concept has evolved into a vibrant cultural centre, embracing live performances that we also hope will make the hop to Dubai.
