The concept offers sweeping views of Burj Khalifa while maintaining a certain secrecy.
Dubai’s entertainment scene is showing no signs of slowing down. With openings happening left, right, and centre, the city has always outdone itself. This time, it’s adding a touch of mystery with Tacenda.
Located in one of Dubai’s most iconic hotels, JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, Tacenda is a brand-new dining and nightlife concept. Taking over the space that once housed Weslodge on the 68th floor, this venue promises a complete transformation. The spot is being reimagined as a theatrical and immersive experience that promises more than just dinner and drinks.

Step inside and you’ll instantly notice the dramatic, maximalist decor. Expect to see walls adorned with gold accents, sculptural hands, padlocks, and masks, including a giant centrepiece mask installation that steals the show. With sweeping views of the Burj Khalifa through floor-to-ceiling windows, Tacenda promises an elevated escape.
While the full menu is still under wraps, mainly because Tacenda loves secrets, expect a memorable meal designed to surprise. From the looks of it, Tacenda will offer an experiential and experimental experience, where fine dining meets storytelling.
Whether you’re looking to impress a date, celebrate a milestone, or just indulge in something new, Tacenda is the kind of place that is sure to delight you. The restaurant is expected to open its doors on 18 June, promising to take you on an immersive journey.
In addition to Tacenda, other dining concepts at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai include Rang Mahal, Kitchen6, Prime68, La Farine, Vault, Bridgewater Tavern, and Tong Thai.
