Dubai’s homegrown dining scene just got a little more exciting. TABLE4TWO, the hospitality group behind Zaza Slice, the FACT award-winning Rascals Deli and the soon-to-open Dime Burger, has launched its first licensed concept: Apollo, a modern all-day bistro at Palm Views West.
True to the group’s ethos of championing homegrown experiences and easygoing vibes, Apollo is a contemporary but casual spot with a menu of modern comfort food. Whether you’re after a solo lunch, catching up over shared plates, or diving into a late-night dinner with a view, this spot flexes to suit the moment.
The interiors are effortless and edgy. Designed by Muqaddas Akkari Studio (MA Studio), the space leans into a palette of deep burgundy, warm wood, and plush velvet. Think raw textures, clean lines, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering sweeping views over Ain Dubai, Dubai Marina and the waters of Palm Jumeirah.
As for the menu, expect comfort food with flair. Begin with bar bites like Chicken & Waffles topped with Caviar, Duck Arayes or a fantastic French Onion Croquette. Raw plates include Beef Tartare with soy-cured egg yolk and Ceviche Classico, while hearty salads range from an Asian Chicken Salad to a classic Caesar.
Main courses shine with generous portions of comfort food classics like Chicken Pot Pie, Duck Confit with Arroz Nikkei, Mushroom Risotto topped with Parmesan foam and Steak Frites. Between bread, you can enjoy the Apollo Burger with dry-aged Wagyu, a Hotel Club Sandwich, and a decadent Lobster Roll.
Sides and desserts round out the experience, with crowd-pleasers like a silky Basque Cheesecake, Honeycaske and Pain Perdu.
“We wanted to bring something a little different to what people are usually used to on The Palm. The goal with Apollo was to bring a touch of comfort to the food scene and still maintain a vibe that seamlessly transforms from day to night,” said Talal Hizami, Founder of TABLE4TWO.
Open from lunch until late, Apollo brings something fresh to the Palm: a confident, comfortable space where good food, marvellous mixology and great views collide.
