The ultimate guide to the restaurants at FIVE Luxe JBR

The luxury resort will be home to a pub, parties and Paradiso – one of the world’s best bars. 

The FIVE brand is synonymous with food, fabulousness and a whole lot of fun. The brand is turning up the volume with its new FIVE Luxe JBR property. The luxurious resort will be home to world-class concepts, from award-winning bars to celebrity chefs. Here are all of the bars and restaurants at FIVE Luxe JBR. 

Cielo 

Cielo means heaven in Italian, and the new restaurant is a dreamy destination. The venue is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and includes indoor and outdoor seats. The Insta-ready view overlooks the Arabian Gulf and Palm Jumeirah. The menu transports you to the Mediterranean and includes everything from healthy fruit bowls to fresh from the oven pizzas.

Goose Island Tap House 

If you’re just after games and grub, Goose Island Tap House is a casual concept. Chef Tobias Kaelble is behind the pub menu, which even includes a dedicated pork menu. Great for groups, there are craft beers, live sports, snooker tables and pinball machines. Take your pick from long tables, high tables, and countertop seats. 

Lío Dubai

Life’s a cabaret at Lío Dubai. The dinner and a show experience includes artists, acrobats, dancers and singers. The entertainment extravaganza is inspired by cabaret, and brings together a playful yet plush experience. The stage will be filled with fun, and the menu is just as dramatic – a floating oyster, anyone? Lío Dubai opens in 2025.

Paradiso 

When a bar hits number on The World’s 50 Best Bars, you know it means business. Paradiso is making its way from Barcelona to Dubai, and will be a must-visit venue. The original bar had queues around the block, and guests entered through a secret shop fridge door. The Dubai bar is inspired by magic surrealism, and the menu will be crafted by Head Mixologist, Giacomo Giannotti. Expect creative concoctions – there was previously a milk punch cocktail with bourbon, after all.  

Playa Pacha

The FIVE brand is famous for its plush parties. So, it comes as no surprise to see that the world-famous Pacha is coming to the hotel, and bringing with it a fun fiesta. Playa Pacha is a pool and beach club, and it makes the most of the spectacular seafront spot. Inspired by Spain, it will bring together the sounds of Ibiza and food the Mediterranean. Expect an exciting line-up of live entertainment. 

Ronin

Celebrity chef Sin Keun Choi is behind Ronin. The new restaurant offers an innovative take on Japanese food, and draws its inspiration from an unlikely place: the country’s warriors. The idea aims to bring together fun and fine dining. Located on JBR, it includes a beautiful beachfront setting, and live cooking stations to keep you entertained. The venue spans indoor and outdoor seats, from a sushi and teppanyaki bar to pagoda-style sharing tables.

Tête à Tête

Tête à Tête is a sultry spot. In French, the name means private conversation and highlights how this is great for a date. The bistro brings the glamour of Monte Carlo to FIVE Luxe JBR in Dubai. The menu includes pretty plates, indulgent cheese boards and French flavours. Plus, the dramatic décor is inspired by a jewellery box, and includes oceanfront views. Prepare to be dazzled.
