Trèsind Studio and Jun’s collaborate on a 12-course dining experience

The one-day ticketed event sees Chef Himanshu and Chef Kelvin create dazzling dishes.

Dubai’s dining scene boasts several restaurants that have gone on to achieve some of the highest ranks in the world. The city’s very own Trèsind Studio led by the very talented Chef Himanshu Saini bagged the 11th spot at the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list of 2023 and two MICHELIN Stars. Now, he’s joining hands with Jun’s Chef Kelvin Cheung for one unforgettable evening of fine dining.

Taking place at Jun’s Restaurant in Downtown Dubai, this dining experience will take place on 16 October. Starting at 7pm, the 12-course menu will be divided between both the chefs who’ll be creating a selection of dishes that are absolutely out of this world. Chef Himanshi will be stepping out of his comfort zone of fine-dining Indian cuisine to spice up an informal selection of dishes and Chef Kelvin will be bringing his flair to the table — quite literally.

Expect to be served Blossom Chatt, Pumpkin Mash, Lobster Claw, Kulcha Pancake with Burrata, Mapo Wagyu Beef Cheeks With Tofu Sauce, Lamb Birria Taco and more. And of course, no meal is complete without desserts, so get ready to feast on Soya Sauce Ice Cream and Gorgonzola Cheesecake.

From 10pm onwards, everyone can join in on the fun and grab themselves some cocktails and bar snacks. You can also groove to the beats of DJ Jeff as he sets the vibe for a fun evening.

Tickets for this 12-course dining experience start at AED 395 per person. You’ll need to splurge an extra of AED 45 for each cocktail. So if this is an evening that sounds like the real deal for you, make sure you get your reservations now.
