The restaurant brings Nikkei flavours from Lima to the Burj Khalifa skyline.

The UAE’s ever-evolving dining landscape is about to welcome another heavyweight. Hailing from the vibrant culinary scene of Peru, Osaka Nikkei in Dubai is set to open its doors on the 35th floor of the soon-to-launch Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai, promising bold Nikkei flavours, stunning city views, and a dining experience that blends heritage with high-end style.

Osaka Nikkei is a name that carries global recognition, having first launched in Lima in 2002. Founded by two friends with a shared passion for Peruvian and Japanese cuisines, the concept has grown into a fine-dining institution across Latin America, with acclaimed outposts in Buenos Aires, São Paulo, Bogotá, and Miami. Now, it’s Dubai’s turn.
