Aurōm is set to bring botanical drinks, precision coffee and immersive hospitality to JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai.
Dubai is no stranger to new concepts. Just when you think you’ve seen every possible spin on the city’s cafe, bar and social scene, something unexpected comes along. This time, it’s Aurōm making its way to Dubai.
Set to open at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai in Business Bay, Aurōm is a new botanical beverage lab and specialty coffee destination that aims to rethink the non-alcoholic drinking experience. Part cafe, part laboratory and part immersive social space, the concept combines botanical science, precision coffee and innovative hospitality.

The interiors take inspiration from alchemy, with earthy botanical hues, metallic accents, golds, pearlescent finishes and raw mineral tones. Mirrored surfaces and translucent glass add to the immersive feel, creating a space designed to feel distinctly different from a traditional Dubai cafe.
Aurom is an exploration of what happens when coffee, botanicals, fermentation and innovative techniques come together. Created in collaboration with The Herball and internationally acclaimed botanical innovator Michael Isted, the concept brings a scientific and experimental approach to drinks.

At Aurom, drinks are treated almost like rituals. Botanical infusions, carefully extracted ingredients and fermented elements are combined with precision to create layers of flavour, aroma and texture. The result brings some of the detail, theatre and experimentation traditionally associated with cocktail-making and contemporary culinary techniques to the world of alcohol-free drinks.
Coffee receives the same level of attention at Aurom. The concept is designed to appeal to serious coffee enthusiasts while also offering a more considered option for anyone looking for elevated non-alcoholic beverages in Dubai.
For anyone searching for new cafes in Dubai or looking to explore the city’s growing non-alcoholic drinks scene, Aurom looks set to be one of the more intriguing new openings to add to the list. An exact opening date has yet to be announced, so stay tuned for more details.
