The transformation extends throughout the space. Inside, floral fabrics, citrus accents, lush greenery, and warm Mediterranean tones evoke the charm of an Italian villa. Outside, the terrace has been enclosed to create a comfortable, sheltered setting while maintaining its connection to the waterfront. Together, the spaces recreate the feeling of a Mediterranean garden overlooking the Italian coast.
At the centre of La Terrazza is Pizza Bar by Pier Daniele Seu, where guests can watch experts craft fresh pizzas at an open counter. The Roman chef, best known for his acclaimed restaurant, Seu Pizza Illuminati, brings his signature long-fermented dough to Dubai, featuring seasonal creations and a playful Pizza Dolce dessert.
Adding to the Italian dining experience, Il Gelato by Chef Niko Romito introduces a dedicated gelato cart featuring freshly made flavours inspired by Italy’s regions. Crafted with natural ingredients and traditional techniques, the seasonal gelato selection offers a refreshing addition to Dubai’s summer dining scene.
