Located in DIFC, Hofmann Bakery is an award-winning Spanish patisserie that’s about to make its debut in Dubai. Expect the same delicacies in the UAE that have been wowing customers in Spain.

Famed for its croissants, Hofmann Bakery first opened its doors in 2008, founded by Mey Hofmann. It was the final piece in her culinary empire, completing the trio of a cooking school, a fine-dining restaurant, and a pastry shop. Now, nearly 40 years later, and under the leadership of Mey Hofmann’s daughter, Silvia Hofmann, the brand is stepping onto the international stage.
This year, Hofmann Bakery is set to become Dubai’s newest pastry obsession. Known for taking classic recipes and giving them an indulgent twist, the bakery has built a cult following in Spain – and now, Dubai’s carb lovers are next in line.
The Dubai outpost is part of a wider regional expansion in partnership with Saudi Arabia’s Kraiv Group. There are plans to open across the GCC, including the Kingdom.
