Le Piaf debuts its first address outside Europe.

Dubai’s dining scene is preparing for another Parisian arrival. Le Piaf, the celebrated piano bar concept from Paris Society, will open at Jumeirah Emirates Towers on 20 May 2026, bringing its French restaurant, cocktail bar, and late-night energy to the Middle East for the first time.

Already known in Paris, Megève and Val d’Isère, Le Piaf has built a loyal following for evenings that begin with dinner and end with a room in full song. The concept first opened in 2017 on rue Jean Mermoz in Paris’ 8th arrondissement, close to the Champs-Élysées, and has since become known for its red velvet interiors, live piano sessions and convivial French spirit.

Located at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, the Dubai venue places Le Piaf in one of the city’s most recognisable addresses, between DIFC and the World Trade Centre. Inside, the restaurant will follow the brand’s signature look, with deep red velvet, gilded details, black lacquer, mirrored surfaces, crystal chandeliers and plush banquettes. The result is a theatrical dining room designed for long dinners, raised glasses and spontaneous sing-alongs.

The food will remain rooted in French technique, with a menu designed for Dubai’s discerning diners. Starters include Gillardeau oysters with finger lime, Wagyu Carpaccio with aged balsamic and truffle, Foie Gras Torchon with peach chutney, Bluefin Tuna Crudo and Imperial caviar. Le Piaf signatures also make an appearance, including Escargots de Bourgogne with parsley garlic butter, Black Truffle Pizzetta with stracciatella, and the indulgent Chicken and Caviar.

Mains include Sole Meunière with capers and lemon, Miso Black Cod with pickled daikon, Roasted Lobster in lemongrass bisque, Australian Wagyu and Lemon Roasted Yellow Chicken, a dish served across Le Piaf’s European locations. Desserts continue the classic French theme, from Sticky Madeleine with salted butter caramel to Saint Honoré, Baba des Bobos, Fraisier and Chocolate Mousse with hazelnut praline.

As the evening unfolds, the pianist moves from background melodies to crowd-pleasing anthems, before a DJ carries the night into a more club-like rhythm.
