The latest major addition comes from ROKA, the internationally acclaimed contemporary Japanese restaurant, which is set to open its second Dubai location at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai.
Following the success of its flagship venue in Business Bay, ROKA is bringing its signature robatayaki dining experience to one of Dubai’s most anticipated luxury beachfront resorts. The new rooftop restaurant is expected to become a standout destination on Palm Jumeirah, combining exceptional Japanese cuisine with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s skyline.
Designed as a destination for sunset drinks, long dinners and lively evenings, the venue will blend ROKA’s signature contemporary aesthetic with an elevated rooftop atmosphere. Guests can expect a seamless transition from golden-hour cocktails to sophisticated late-night dining in one of Dubai’s most exclusive waterfront locations.
While the rooftop terrace is set to be one of the venue’s defining features, the culinary offering remains firmly at the heart of the experience. ROKA is renowned worldwide for its contemporary Japanese cuisine, centred around its signature robata grill. The menu is expected to feature many of the brand’s most popular dishes, including Yellowtail sashimi, Black cod, grilled baby chicken, premium sushi and sashimi selections and robata-grilled seafood and meats.
