The celebrity-loved Paris import opens on 7 April 2026.

Siena has made its Dubai debut, bringing a touch of Parisian polish and Tuscan romance to DIFC. The restaurant marks the next chapter for a concept that first launched in Paris in May 2023.

Already known in Paris as a celebrity favourite, Siena has welcomed names such as Rihanna, LeBron James, Pharrell Williams, Gigi Hadid, and, most recently, Jay-Z. One of the venue’s signature traditions is inviting famous guests to sign a plate, which is then framed and displayed on the wall. That sense of occasion now arrives in Dubai, but with a setting and spirit tailored to the city’s dining scene.

For its move to the UAE, founder Mehdi Abdelhedi joins forces with Rizwan Kassim, CEO of Paris Society, who comes on board as a partner for the Dubai outpost. The concept blends Parisian sophistication with the warmth and charm of Tuscany. The venue is designed to work across multiple moods, from business lunches and cocktails on the terrace to late-night gatherings. Inside, the space channels the feel of a glamorous Italian palazzo, complete with fresco-inspired walls, sculpted mouldings, marble tabletops and bespoke chandeliers. The interiors have been reimagined for Dubai by interior architect Laleh Amir Assefi, who has retained the DNA of the Paris original while giving them a more contemporary regional expression.

On the menu, Siena Dubai leans into Italian comfort food made with seasonal ingredients sourced from dedicated producers. Dishes include Focaccina all’astice, an Italian-style lobster roll with avocado, spicy mayo and caviar, alongside Pizzetta al salmone e caviale, Burrata al tartufo and Carpaccio di manzo. Pasta plays a leading role, with highlights such as Siena rigatoni, Linguine all’astice, Ravioli al tartufo, Paccheri al ragù bianco and Tagliolini al caviale. For dessert, expect the classics and a few indulgent crowd-pleasers, including Classic Tiramisù and Chocolate Fondant, Torta al limone meringata, and Pavlova.

As the evening progresses, Siena shifts gears. The restaurant aims to capture the easy glamour of la dolce vita, with DJs spinning house and disco as the mood moves from dinner to drinks.

“In a time that calls for a more considered pace, the opening of Siena is approached with intention, rooted in the simple value of bringing people together. Hospitality, often most affected during periods of uncertainty, continues to offer connection, familiarity, and shared moments. Dubai demonstrates strength and stability as a global hub, bringing together cultures and perspectives from around the world. In partnership with Mehdi, introducing Siena to the city is a deliberate step, building on a concept that has resonated in Paris while adapting it to a market that values community. Our ambition is for Siena to become a destination that contributes thoughtfully to Dubai’s evolving culinary landscape and supports the UAE’s long-term vision,” says Rizwan Kassim, CEO of Paris Society and partner of Siena Dubai.

Siena Dubai has taken up residence in one of Dubai’s most food-obsessed neighbourhoods, surrounded by the FACT award-winning GAIA, La Petite Maison and Zuma. The Parisian favourite arrives in Dubai courtesy of Rikas Hospitality Group, the firm behind some of the city’s most talked-about dining destinations, including the FACT award-winning Gigi Rigolatto, Mimi Kakushi and Ninive.

Given the brand’s history, it’s safe to say this is one opening Dubai’s foodies will be watching very closely.
