Trèsind Studio is preparing to lift the curtain on its creative process with an exclusive one-night-only dining experience in Dubai. Taking place on Sunday, 14 June 2026, the evening will be dedicated entirely to innovation, presenting a collection of all-new dishes that have never previously appeared on the restaurant’s menu.
Located at St. Regis Gardens on Palm Jumeirah, Trèsind Studio has become one of Dubai’s most celebrated dining destinations. The restaurant is led by Chef Himanshu Saini, who has played a defining role in reshaping the global perception of Indian fine dining. Known for its progressive approach, storytelling and technical precision, the restaurant continues to explore the depth and diversity of Indian cuisine through a contemporary lens.
Trèsind Studio is the world’s first Indian restaurant to receive Three MICHELIN Stars, placing it among the most significant restaurants in the region. It was also named FACT’s Restaurant of the Year 2024, marking a major moment for the homegrown dining destination and its continued evolution.
For this special dinner, Chef Himanshu and the Trèsind Studio team will present dishes developed through ongoing research, experimentation and collaboration. Created with ingredients from 1004 Gourmet, the menu will offer diners a rare glimpse into ideas that have been evolving behind the scenes in the kitchen. Rather than a mere menu refresh, the experience is designed as a showcase of discovery, inviting guests to engage with the next chapter of the restaurant’s culinary journey.

“This evening is about sharing our creative process with our guests,” says Chef Himanshu Saini. “It’s an opportunity to present dishes that are still in development, celebrate new ideas, and invite diners into the conversation as we continue to explore what Indian cuisine can become.”
The evening also highlights Trèsind Studio’s connection with producers and suppliers, with seasonal ingredients shaping the dishes and influencing the direction of the menu. For diners, it is a chance to experience the ideas, textures and techniques that may help define the restaurant’s future.
