The hotel includes sky-high rooms and infinity pools overlooking the city’s coastline.

Dubai loves breaking world records. The city is home to the world’s tallest building and the world’s largest dancing fountains. So, it comes as no surprise to find that it will add another record to the list – the world’s tallest hotel, courtesy of Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection.

Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by IHG, is now officially open in Dubai Marina, staking its claim as the tallest hotel in the world and a dramatic new landmark in Dubai Marina. Soaring 82 floors and 377 metres above the waterfront, the tower pairs record-breaking height with a sky-level infinity pool that frames sweeping views of the city and the Arabian Gulf.

Designed by award-winning architect Norr, the tower’s elegant eye-of-the-needle silhouette frames sweeping views through floor-to-ceiling glass. Inside, guests can expect 1,004 rooms and suites, offering a fully immersive, multi-sensory escape. The interiors balance soft lines and calming tones with warm accents and dynamic lighting, creating a rhythm that moves from serene to energising. Organic textures and floor-to-ceiling glass keep guests connected to sky and sea, while every vantage point reinforces the sense of height and horizon.

Food and drink are a major focus. West 13 channels a relaxed Mediterranean spirit with handmade pasta, gyros, tacos, mezze and freshly baked creations. East 14 serves an expansive Asian buffet with live ramen and pho stations, sushi, dim sum, curries and regional favourites. Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery covers early mornings and all-day cravings with café-style dishes, patisserie and speciality coffee. Adding star power is Tattu Dubai, a modern Asian concept from the UK that unfolds across multiple levels: Tattu Restaurant and Bar, Tattu Sky Pool, and Tattu Sky Lounge.

Wellbeing is built into the experience. A 24-hour gym with skyline views is already open, with a spa on level 61 set to welcome guests in February 2026. Residents can swap sky for shore at Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah, where private pool access and a sandy stretch of beachfront provide a different angle on the city. Families benefit from a Splash Pad, Kids Club, dedicated menus, and thoughtful check-in touches for younger guests. Business travellers and Executive Club guests are catered for at Nest on level 16, a lounge-style space with refreshments, city views and meeting facilities equipped with the latest technology.
