Dubai is home to world-class hotels. Now, it is set to welcome the Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai, which will be located in Downtown Dubai. The development marks the first and only hotel and residences in the Middle East from the President of the United States, Donald Trump.
Scheduled to open in December 2031, Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai is a five-star development. The space will include a hotel, residences and a private members club. Guests are invited to eat, sleep and play in the luxury development. The site will include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom duplex penthouses.
Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai will boast Insta-worthy views of the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf. Guests can expect a range of fine dining restaurants, world-class entertainment and state-of-the-art amenities. In Dubai style, the venue also aims to break records with its pool, and create the highest swimming pool in the world.
The residences will be the epitome of luxury, and include high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling views and bespoke finishes. Property buyers will also have access to the 10-year Golden Visa, but it does not specify the country of the visa. Plus, Trump has confirmed that he will accept cryptocurrency at his properties.
According to reports, Trump is scheduled to visit the Middle East in May. He will visit Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. He is expected to discuss foreign policy in the region.
