The hotel and private residences will bring Aman’s signature brand of ultra-luxury living to Dubai Peninsula.
Aman Dubai has reached a major development milestone. The forthcoming hotel and private residence collection on Dubai Peninsula has officially broken ground, marking the first on-site construction phase for one of the city’s most anticipated luxury projects.
Set along the Jumeirah coastline, the development is designed to feel worlds away from the surrounding city. Spanning nine acres, the Aman Dubai will be defined by landscaped gardens, shaded courtyards, water features, and discreet pathways, creating a strong sense of privacy while maintaining direct access to the beach and open water.

The development will include an Aman hotel and a limited collection of branded private residences. As expected from the brand, the emphasis is on generous proportions, understated elegance, and a fully serviced lifestyle. Residences will feature expansive living areas, private terraces with swimming pools, and uninterrupted views across the sea and Dubai skyline, all tailored to buyers seeking privacy, space, and long-term liveability.
Designed as a vertical resort, Aman hotel Dubai is poised to become the most expensive hotel in the UAE. With a focus on quality, every aspect of the property will exude luxury, from the meticulously designed suites decked out in desert-toned hues and natural materials to the private pools and lush greenery. At the heart of this property will lie a garden and parkland, similar to the botanical gardens at Aman Beverly Hills in Los Angeles. This will be coupled with a 300-metre private beach and a lavish Aman Spa.

A major talking point is the global Aman Club, which will be the largest Aman Club to date. Spanning 9,500 square metres, it will house wellness, dining, and social spaces in an exclusive setting for members, residents, and their guests. Facilities will include a spa, movement studio, indoor padel courts, and outdoor tennis courts. Residents will also enjoy priority access to the hotel’s 2,890-square-metre Aman Spa and Wellness centre, alongside a curated mix of dining and lifestyle experiences.
Architecture comes courtesy of long-time Aman collaborator Kerry Hill Architects, whose work continues to shape the brand’s visual identity around the world. Here, the design draws on a restrained palette of natural materials, with a focus on light, proportion, and the seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Speaking about the project, Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group, said: “Aman Dubai reflects our continued focus on creating exceptional destinations within the world’s most dynamic cities. Located in a prime position along the Jumeirah coastline, the project brings together both an urban and resort experience. This project is defined by its generosity of space, its relationship to the landscape, and a quiet, enduring architectural language. Within this, the residences are central, and offer a highly private, fully serviced lifestyle, supported by the scale of the global Aman Club and the brand’s uncompromising approach to service.”
Located within Dubai Peninsula, the wider neighbourhood will combine hospitality, residential living, waterfront retail, dining, parkland, and a superyacht marina. Aman Dubai has already seen strong demand, including the sale of its two penthouses, underlining the appetite for branded luxury living in the emirate.
Aman is also heading to Saudi Arabia. Aman AlUla is set to grace the Kingdom’s historical region, with an undisclosed opening date. There’s also Aman Wadi Safar, a 78-room desert resort near Riyadh, slated to open in 2027, heightening anticipation over whether Saudi Arabia or the UAE will host the first Aman hotel in the Middle East. Janu Dubai and Janu Diriyah – Aman’s sibling brand – are also in the pipeline, promising further indulgence for luxury-seeking travellers.
