The hotel includes an infinity pool, rooftop bar and spa with a view.

Dubai loves breaking world records. The city is home to the world’s tallest building and the world’s largest dancing fountains. So, it comes as no surprise to find that it will add another record to the list – the world’s tallest hotel, courtesy of Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection.

Located in Dubai Marina, the all-hotel tower reaches 377 metres across 82 floors and is slated to open in November 2025, setting two global firsts: the world’s tallest hotel and the highest infinity pool. Inside, guests can expect contemporary design, polished service, and a line-up of destination dining venues.

Designed by award-winning architect Norr, the tower’s elegant eye-of-the-needle silhouette frames sweeping views through floor-to-ceiling glass. The hotel features 1,004 rooms and suites with panoramic views that stretch over the Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and the city skyline.

Dining at Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection spans eight concepts. West 13 channels the warmth of the Mediterranean with open kitchens and seasonal produce, from handmade pasta to mezze. East 14 explores Asia through live ramen and pho stations, sushi and dim sum counters, and a collection of Indian curries. Homegrown favourite Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery brings a relaxed rhythm to mornings and afternoons with locally sourced ingredients, fresh pastries, and speciality coffee.

Tattu, the modern Asian brand from the UK, anchors Ciel’s signature experiences across multiple levels. Tattu Restaurant and Bar opens on Level 74, featuring theatrical interiors and contemporary Chinese and Japanese dishes. On level 76, Tattu Sky Pool claims the title of the world’s highest infinity pool, pairing daybeds with Japanese-fusion bites and a soundtrack that shifts from daytime lounging to sunset sets. The journey culminates on level 81 at Tattu Sky Lounge and Terrace, where cocktails, music, and 360-degree views create an elevated finale.

Wellness takes over the 61st floor, where the spa blends advanced beauty rituals with time-honoured techniques, all set to a skyline backdrop. The 24-hour gym features cardio, strength, and functional training zones with panoramic vistas. In-house guests enjoy complimentary transfers to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah, a calm escape with a private pool and shoreline. Families are welcomed with a splash pad, a kids’ club, tailored menus, and thoughtful amenities at check-in.
