Janu Al Marjan is expected to open after Janu Dubai’s debut in 2027.
The UAE’s hospitality scene is thriving. And now, it’s all set to welcome a new name to Ras Al Khaimah. AMAN Group has announced the launch of Janu Al Marjan Island.
Located on Al Marjan Island, Janu Al Marjan Island promises a fresh perspective on coastal living. The new project promises to bring the brand’s signature style to one of the UAE’s picturesque destinations. It also marks the second Janu property in the UAE, following Janu Dubai, which is set to open in 2027.
Designed by the Singapore-based SCDA Architects, the resort has been envisioned as a lively waterfront destination where lifestyle and community converge. The design blends contemporary architecture with open, social spaces by the water.
Janu Al Marjan Island will feature 132 keys, each room and suite designed to capture expansive sea views. Interiors will reflect a balance of natural light and minimalist design, offering you a calming retreat.
Adjacent to the hotel, a residential tower will host an exclusive number of Janu Residences, comprising one- to five-bedroom properties and a limited collection of standalone villas. Each residence will embody the same design ethos as the hotel, with owners enjoying full access to all resort amenities.
Janu Al Marjan Island will feature a mix of dining experiences, including two restaurants, a Mixology Bar, and a nightlife venue. Details of these are yet to be unveiled, but expect fresh produce that complements the hotel’s ethos of serenity and balance.
Wellness sits at the core of the Janu experience, and the resort will host a Janu Wellness Centre. This will include a yoga studio, a state-of-the-art gym, a banya, and a hammam, creating a holistic sanctuary for rejuvenation and mindfulness. A dedicated Kids’ Club will cater to younger ones, with the private beach, Beach Club, and pool for added fun.
While the official opening date for Janu Al Marjan Island has yet to be announced, it will follow the debut of Janu Dubai. So stay tuned, because this coastal property is set to be one of the most demanding ones in the northern emirates.
