The hotel brings the glamour of Nice to Dubai.
Get ready to be wowed because Dubai’s megaproject, The Heart of Europe, has unveiled its latest hotel. Inspired by the glitz and glam of the French Riviera: voco Dubai Nice The Heart of Europe. The new arrival becomes the second voco hotel on Dubai’s World Islands, following voco Dubai Monaco, and represents another milestone in the wider development of The Heart of Europe, which is planned as a 20-hotel island destination with 5,000 keys.
Positioned just 15 minutes by speedboat from mainland Dubai, voco Dubai Nice channels the spirited energy of the French Riviera. The 264-key adults-only hotel stands out for its vibrant, multi-coloured façade, overlooking the Arabian Sea and the resort’s central pool. Inside, guests can choose from Deluxe and Premium rooms, as well as End Suites and Party Suites, all designed to capture the relaxed elegance of a classic coastal escape with a livelier edge. Expect pillows and duvet fillings made from recycled materials, plus restaurant menus that highlight locally sourced seafood from the Dubai Fishermen’s Association.

Beyond accommodation, there’s plenty on offer. Dining and nightlife are central to the experience, with five venues shaping the hotel’s rhythm. La Brasserie delivers all-day French classics and global favourites on the lively Raining Street. La Rive brings a beachfront seafood focus, while Lagoon Pool keeps things social with a central pool bar designed for long afternoons. Champagne Bar leans into Côte d’Azur glamour, and La Discotheque rounds out the line-up with dining, drinks and dancing in a high-energy setting.
Beyond the fun, facilities include a large pool, pristine beaches, a 24-hour fitness centre, four meeting rooms with the latest AV tech, and an elegant ballroom for up to 150 guests. Guests also gain access to the climate-controlled Raining Street attraction, which recreates European weather conditions within the island environment.

Josef Kleindienst, Founder and Chairman of Kleindienst Group, said: “The opening of our second hotel in under two years is a powerful validation of our vision for The Heart of Europe. We are no longer introducing a concept – we are delivering a destination. Each opening brings us closer to establishing The World Islands as a globally recognised hospitality hub and a long-term investment proposition.”
Directly connected to voco Dubai Monaco, voco Dubai Nice will be joined by the Cannes and St. Tropez hotels, both scheduled to open later in 2026, as the Côte d’Azur cluster continues to expand.
