Launching this September, the new concept will combine curated sound, immersive dining and experiential nightlife.
Dubai’s dining and nightlife scene continues to move in exciting new directions. From chef-led counters to immersive restaurants and members’ club-style hangouts, the city is embracing venues that offer more than dinner and drinks. The latest name to join the movement is BeatBAB, a new culture-led concept launching this September at 25 Jump Street in Dubai.
Billed as a “listening room”, BeatBAB places sound at the centre of the experience. Rather than treating music as background noise, the venue will use audio as a defining part of its identity. The concept has been designed to bring together curated music, mood-led interiors and immersive dining, creating a destination where sound, food and atmosphere work in harmony.
While further details are still under wraps, BeatBAB looks set to offer a fresh take on Dubai nightlife. The venue is likely to appeal to guests who want a more considered alternative to the traditional restaurant or club format, with a focus on atmosphere, storytelling and culture. Think intimate seating, carefully selected playlists and a dining offering that complements the rhythm and energy of the space.
The project is being developed by 7 Management in collaboration with CLE Innovation Lab, which forms part of CLE & Partners. The partnership brings together regional hospitality know-how and concept-driven development, positioning BeatBAB as a design-conscious addition to Dubai’s fast-growing social scene. Hospitality executive Yigit Sezgin is also involved through CLE & Partners, adding further industry weight to the launch.

BeatBAB’s location at 25 Jump Street also feels fitting. The destination continues to attract creative concepts that blur the lines between dining, entertainment and nightlife. As Dubai strengthens its status as a global hospitality hub, venues like BeatBAB reflect a growing appetite for experiences led as much by culture as by cuisine.
In addition to BeatBAB, Rabih Fakhreddinem, Founder & Group CEO of 7 Management, recently told Caterer Middle East that openings for the brand this year include Em Sherif Sea Café, Chestnut Bakery and Seven Sisters at Park Hyatt Dubai.
With its September launch approaching, BeatBAB is already shaping up to be one of Dubai’s most intriguing openings of the year. For those who like their nights out served with sound, style and a sense of discovery, this new listening room could be one to watch.
