The legendary Parisian cabaret will make its GCC debut with a permanent show at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.
Dubai’s entertainment scene is about to get a little more risqué. Crazy Horse Paris is officially making its GCC debut, with the legendary French cabaret opening a permanent production on Palm Jumeirah from 12 November 2026.
Titled Crazy Horse Paris: The Dubai Edition, the production will take over the completely refurbished Zabeel Theatre at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. The intimate 200-seat space has been transformed specifically for the show, creating a cabaret setting inspired by the original Paris venue. The Dubai production will also become the only permanent Crazy Horse Paris show outside its historic home in the French capital.
Founded by Alain Bernardin in 1951, Crazy Horse Paris has become one of France’s most famous cabaret institutions. Its original home at 12 Avenue George V sits in Paris’ Golden Triangle, surrounded by some of the world’s biggest fashion houses. Rather than following the traditional cabaret formula, Bernardin developed a distinctive visual language combining choreography, music, graphic projections, optical illusions and carefully controlled lighting. The dancers famously appear to be “dressed” by light, creating silhouettes that blur the lines between dance, fashion and visual art.
Over its 75-year history, Crazy Horse has attracted everyone from international celebrities to fashion designers, filmmakers and musicians. Dita Von Teese has performed at the venue, while collaborations have involved names including Beyoncé, Christian Louboutin, David Lynch, Jean Paul Gaultier, Karol G and Lisa from Blackpink. The relationship with fashion stretches back to the cabaret’s earliest years, when neighbouring designer Cristóbal Balenciaga supplied costumes for its dancers.
The Paris institution has also made its way onto the small screen. Crazy Horse provided the backdrop for a memorable storyline in Netflix’s Emily in Paris Season 4, where Mindy Chen, played by Ashley Park, performs alongside Crazy Horse dancers Nini Pompéi, Etta d’Amour, Ginger Knockout and Frida Whirlwind.
Dubai will now get a production created specifically for the city. Under the artistic direction of Andrée Deissenberg, The Dubai Edition will feature 12 dancers each evening from an international cast of 18 performers, all of whom underwent months of training in Paris. Signature tableaux from the French repertoire will sit alongside new choreography, specialty acts, acrobatics and more than 500 costume pieces handmade in Paris.
The venue itself has also been reworked for the arrival. Alongside a recreation of the famous Crazy Horse stage, four additional performance areas have been positioned throughout the room. Private loges, a French-inspired bar and a Legacy Hall tracing the history of Crazy Horse Paris will complete the experience.
How to get Crazy Horse Dubai tickets
Guests can choose between two experiences each evening. The Crazy Show runs for approximately 90 minutes, with doors opening at 6pm ahead of a 7pm performance. The later Show + Dinner experience begins at 9.30pm and runs for approximately three hours, combining the production with a three-course dinner, entertainment and a late-night atmosphere. Chef Dejan Cirovic will oversee a menu drawing on French and international influences, accompanied by champagne, wines and signature cocktails.
Tickets currently start from AED 400 for standard seating, rising through Signature, Privilege and VIP categories, with private Crazy Suites also available.
