The charming spot will serve café, wine and more.

Dubai is home to excellent bars, cafés, and restaurants, from homegrown concepts to venues by celebrity chefs. Now, it is set to welcome Delphine’s, which is a neighbourhood café by day and a wine bar by night. If you’re looking for a calm and classic spot, here’s what you need to know.

Delphine is a nod to Greek traditions. The word translates to dolphin, and is connected to the womb and wisdom. The name also refers to the ancient Greek city of Delphi.

Delphine’s prides itself on creating a community spirit during the day. If you can’t start your morning without a cup of coffee, you’re in luck. While the full food and drinks menu has not yet been revealed, the drinks offering will include speciality coffee, which you can enjoy on the go or in the café. The food menu will feature sharing plates with a modern twist.

Delphine’s in Dubai boasts a timeless look that wouldn’t be out of place in Europe. One wall is finished with exposed brick, while the other is painted a stylish shade of grey. Wine bottles and paintings line the walls, which adds a rustic charm to the venue.

Design features include curved arches, low-hanging lights, and potted plants, which create a warm and welcoming feel. Guests can take their pick from a variety of seating options – long banquettes, stools by the counter, and cosy little round tables help create an intimate vibe.

Delphine’s in Dubai has been created by the Finisya group, which prides itself on its hospitality portfolio. The portfolio includes a range of bars and restaurants across the UAE, including Nira Abu Dhabi and the soon-to-open Oya.
