This new project will reimagine luxury living in the emirate.
A new ultra-luxury destination, Dubai Peninsula, has been announced, aiming to redefine living and leisure in the region. This waterfront development, centred around exceptional design, will bring some of the world’s most respected hospitality and architectural names under one roof.
Supported by Aman and Rosewood, with more names to be revealed, the project — developed by H&H — is set to make waves in the emirate. This unique new spot along the Jumeirah coastline will fuse architecture, hospitality and nature to create a relaxing, immersive experience.
The destination’s architectural approach draws on light, air, and sculptural form. Plus, it sits beside the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Bay, and the Dubai Canal.
On one side, a world-class superyacht marina will form the Peninsula’s social harbour. The site features promenades, ateliers, fashion boutiques and dining options. Aman will introduce an all-suite waterfront hotel by Kerry Hill Architects. Plus, the Aman Spa, a private Aman Club, several dining venues and a limited collection of Aman Residences.
On the other side, a pristine beach runs along the coastline, complete with a social beach club offering skyline views. Rosewood will debut its first hotel and residences in Dubai. The site will feature a private beach, beach club, four dining venues and a wellness centre.
At the heart of the Peninsula lies a park with shaded walkways. The site creates an oasis that fosters a sense of sanctuary and connection. These curated leisure spaces will blend nature, culture and architecture, creating a community focused on wellness and harmony.
