Motor City Club House is set to become an exciting destination. The venue will be home to a clubhouse, restaurants, shops and a swimming pool. The opening date has not yet been confirmed, but here’s what we do know.
Motor City Club House will span more than 80,000 square feet. Teal Design has shared renders of what we can expect from the development. The sprawling site, currently under construction on Turin Boulevard, looks sleek and sophisticated with a range of indoor and outdoor spaces.
The driveway is lined by palm trees, and includes statement artwork. The valet includes one of Jeff Koons’ Balloon Dog sculptures in an eye-catching, Insta-worthy neon pink. The aesthetic is bright and breezy with soft whites, browns and beiges, which are punctuated by the greenery.
The development includes soft curves, floor-to-ceiling windows, and plays with levels. Palm trees playfully poke out of holes in the floor. Plus, the site spans different levels and boasts a beautiful swimming pool with cabanas, sunbeds, and views over Dubai Autodrome.
Motor City has recently undergone major developments and welcomed a range of cafés, restaurants and shops. The area is home to the food hall, Neighbourhood Food Hall. The restaurants in the area include Allo Beirut, Friends Avenue Café, Jailbird, JJ Chicken, Le Petit Belge, Projeto Acai, SALT, SanSation, Wagamama, and Zaatar W Zeit.
