After wowing audiences in Monte Carlo and Porto Cervo this summer, Billionaire Dubai returns to its roots for a spectacular new season. Diners can expect an extraordinary show featuring radiant costumes and captivating musicians, dancers, and acrobats. Chef Batuhan Piatti Zeynioglu’s menu of Italian and new-Asian dishes will ensure this dinner show results in a night to remember.

Celebrate with chef Reif Othman
The FACT award winning REIF Japanese Kushiyaki is celebrating its fourth anniversary with a special one-night-only menu. Marking this significant milestone, a curated menu of 14 sharing-style dishes will be served at the Dubai Hills Business Park location. The 14-course culinary journey will include signature dishes such as Duck Claypot Rice, Hokkaido Scallop Kushikatsu, Marble Bun with Date Maguro Tuna and Satsuma Wagyu Hand Roll with Uni. The exclusive four-hands dinner at Vanitas will feature Uni Brioche with Crustacean Foam, Mushroom Tartlet with Quail Egg and Bearnaise, Yellowtail Kingfish with Avocado, WNormandy Scallops, Ricotta & Flinders Truffle Tortellini, Line Caught Salmon and Slow Cooked MBS 5+ Wagyu with Celeriac Puree and Bone Marrow. Anticipate a spread of freshly crafted rolls, MayaBay’s signature beef and seafood sashimi, gyoza, dumplings, unlimited dim sum, and more.
