Helmed by Head Chef Yannis Sgard, guests are treated to a menu featuring Beef Carpaccio, Beetroot Salad, Bavette à L’échalote, or Seabream Filet with vierge sauce. For dessert, indulge in either the sumptuous Fondant au Chocolat or the refreshing Exotic Lime Sorbet accompanied by a sprinkling of coconut crumble. Available Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 3pm. Have dinner with Massimo Bottura

For an exclusive two-night engagement, world-renowned Chef Massimo Bottura makes a triumphant return to Dubai, curating the latest edition of “Una Sera con Massimo” at Torno Subito. Foodies are invited to embark on an Italian culinary journey featuring a meticulously crafted six-course set menu that showcases Italian classics like Anguilla In Saor, Vitello Alla Pizzaiola, and Modena-Dubai Ribs, immersing diners in the rich tapestry of Italian flavours and culture.
